- Grape Variety: 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo)
- Style: A medium-bodied, moderately oaked red wine
- “Located in Pesquera de Duero, one kilometer from the Duero River on its north bank, winemaker Beatriz Arranz crafts this enticing Ribera del Duero from 100% estate-grown Tinto Fino (Tempranillo). With a deep ruby/purple hue and a generous bouquet, this classic wine offers blackberry, raspberry and plum aromas supported by hints of toasty oak spice and mocha. Notes of raspberry, strawberry and currant come to the forefront on the palate, offset by an appealing dash of dried herb. Both the judicious oak and the firm fine tannins are in harmony, creating an ideal drinking window of 2025 – 2030. A treat with a bone-in rib eye served with blue cheese butter,” - Louise
2 x Yazo Toro 2022, Spain
- Grape Variety: 100% Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo)
- Style: A medium-bodied, moderately oaked red wine
- “The Viñedos de Yaso Toro is made from a 5-hectare plot of Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) vines in Spain’s Castilla y León region. It offers a deep ruby purple hue and an appealing bouquet of plum, cherry, violet and freshly turned earth. Mid-palate flavours of blackberry, black raspberry and cherry transition into gingerbread spice on the finish. With plenty of lip-smacking flavour, the Yaso Toro is a go-to bottle for burger night. 2025 – 2029,” - Louise

- Grape Variety: 100% Verdejo - a fruity, aromatic, unoaked white wine with a dry finish.
- Made from Verdejo vines between 40 and 120 years old, this crisp and refreshing wine is a great choice for those who love Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio. Its aromas are reminiscent of lemon, lime and orange zest, underpinned by hints of white flower, chalk and mineral. The body is mid-weight, brimming with Meyer lemon, orange and almond flavours with notes of lime and mineral following on the finish. This unoaked, dry wine will make an excellent complement to your meal. Play off its bright acidity by matching it with ‘fish en papillote’ baked with slices of orange and lemon. The palate is smooth with well-integrated tannins and layers of blackberry, plum and mint flavours. This full-bodied wine is stylistically similar to Barossa Shiraz or Mendoza Malbec, making it a delicious introduction to European wines.
