Each bundle includes 3 wines as indicated below.

Mixed Bundle:

• Fogolar x Finite Red, 2020 | Fogolar Wines, Ontario Canada

  • Red, full-bodied

  • Tasting Notes: A classic red blend inspired by the great wines of the right bank of Bordeaux that reflects the exceptional vintage in which it was made. Its bouquet opens to reveal aromas of plum, cherry, toasted oak, black pepper and spearmint. On the palate look for generous flavour concentration, with notes of red and blue fruit, dried herb and baking spice. Ripe, firm tannins provide structure and balance, leading to a notable length and satisfying finish. Serve now through 2029.

  • Pairings: Serve with pot roast or BBQ beef ribs.

• Viñedos de Yaso Toro, 2022 | Viñedos de Yaso, Toro DO Spain

  • Red, medium-bodied

  • Tasting Notes: The Viñedos de Yaso Toro is made from a 5-hectare plot of Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) vines in Spain’s Castilla y León region. It offers a deep ruby purple hue and an appealing bouquet of plum, cherry, violet and freshly turned earth. Mid-palate flavours of blackberry, Black raspberry and cherry transition into gingerbread spice on the finish. 2025 – 2029.

  • Pairings: With plenty of lip-smacking flavour the Yaso Toro is a go to bottle for burger night.

• Dell’Aera Vanitas Bianco, 2022 | Dell’Aera, PGI Calabria Italy

  • White, balance oak and dry finish

  • Tasting Notes: A generous wine with an aromatic bouquet of citrus, orchard fruit and baking spice. Layers of flavour emerge on the palate, evoking notes of peach, orange zest, grapefruit, and lime. A savoury, leesy character complements this juicy core, adding complexity. This well-balanced, medium to full-bodied wine, made from one of Italy's oldest grape varieties, Mantonico, will appeal to those who enjoy cool-climate Chardonnay. Serve now through the end of 2027.

  • Pairings: Pair with flavour some dishes such as parsley and garlic butter escargot, a caramelized onion galette or a stuffed eggplant.

Reds Bundle:

• Paroles de Femme Côtes du Rhône, 2023 | Domaine Galévan, Côtes du Rhône AOC, France

  • Red, medium-to-full bodied, organic

  • Tasting Notes: The 2023 Domain Galevan Paroles de Femme is a fine example of Côtes du Rhône made from a blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, 10% Cinsault and 10% Carignan. Its complex bouquet intrigues with a melody of chocolate-covered cherries, plum and violet. The juicy palate is filled with flavours of plum, strawberry and cranberry, while a hint of dried herb and spice trail on the generous finish. With well-integrated tannins to balance the fruit, this wine is ready to enjoy but will also continue to develop in the cellar through to 2030.

  • Pairings: A delightful match for fennel and pork meatballs or stuffed cabbage rolls.

• Casa Al Vento Chianti Classico Aria, 2023 | Casa Al Vento, Chianti Classico DOCG, Italy

  • Red, medium-bodied, organic

  • Tasting Notes: Named after one of the winery's founders, Ria Gioffreda and referencing the strong winds that blow through the vineyards, the Casa Al Vento Aria was the first wine produced by the winery and is only made in top vintages. In the glass, aromas of cherry, raspberry and violet transition into flavours of fresh and dried cherry layered with spiced red currant. This is a wine with well-defined varietal character and a sense of place. Serve over the next three years.

  • Pairings: Enjoy with beef carpaccio or chorizo-stuffed bell peppers.
