Tasting Notes: Classic Provence rosé. A brilliant salmon colour. with aromas of red cherry, raspberry and pink grapefruit. The medium-bodied palate has red berries and minerality with a touch of melon and a faint salty character. Thirst-quenchingly dry and zesty, but with a touch of sweet fruit at the core. Chill lightly and serve alongside olive tapenade. spring salads or blackened fish. Or simply enjoy on its own.

Grape: Godello
Tasting Notes: An exceptionally clean, stylish and modern Godello. Subtle, complex and well-structured. Aromas of citrus, pear and green apple with nuances of herbs and jasmine. The palate is mid-weight and elegant, with plenty of zesty acids and wonderful length. A versatile food partner - pair with grilled prawns, mussels, planked salmon or roast chicken.

Tasting Notes: Full of aromas of white grapefruit, lime, tangerine. and flint. The palate is electric, with mouthwatering acidity and citrus notes, but it's the intense minerality that is the star of the show here. Best served with a light chill, to bring out more of the riper citrus elements. This would be a great partner to seared scallops. freshly shucked oysters or a tangy goat cheese.

Tasting Notes: Raspberry, violets, blueberry and cumin on the nose. The palate is fruit-forward, silky and easy drinking. There is a supple tannic grip, although balance is achieved more through acidity. Soft, approachable and smooth, enjoy as an evening sipper or pair with roast pork, grilled portobellos or Margherita pizza.
