DINR Premium Membership & Subscription

These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the DINR Premium Membership (“Membership”) offered by DINR Inc. (“DINR”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By enrolling in a DINR Premium Membership at www.getdinr.com/membership, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Overview

DINR Premium is a paid annual membership that provides subscribers with exclusive benefits, experiences, and access to participating restaurants and partners curated by DINR. Your Membership is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned.

2. Eligibility

To subscribe to DINR Premium, you must:

  • Be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence;

  • Have a valid payment method on file (such as a credit card); and

  • Reside in a region where DINR Premium is offered.

DINR reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate Memberships that violate these requirements or any applicable law.

3. Membership Term and Renewal

  • Annual Term: Your DINR Premium Membership is valid for one (1) year from the time the membership is activated.

  • Automatic Renewal: Unless cancelled, your Membership will automatically renew each year at the then-current rate using the payment method on file.

  • Renewal Notice: You will receive an email reminder before your renewal date.

  • Updating Payment Info: You are responsible for keeping your payment information current to avoid service interruption.

4. Fees and Billing

  • Membership Fee: The annual Membership fee will be displayed at checkout and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD), plus applicable taxes.

  • Billing Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize DINR (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the annual Membership fee on the renewal date.

  • Price Changes: We may update the Membership price at any time. Any change will take effect at your next renewal, and we’ll notify you in advance.

  • Failed Payments: If your payment method fails, we may attempt to reprocess the charge or suspend access until payment is received.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your Membership at any time by logging into your Stripe account set-up at the time of purchase. You may also contact us community@getdinr.com

  • Renewal Cancellation: To avoid renewal charges, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

  • Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. Partial-year refunds are not available if you cancel before the end of your term.

  • Termination by DINR: We reserve the right to terminate your Membership (with or without notice) for misuse, violation of these Terms, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

6. Member Benefits

DINR Premium members may enjoy benefits such as:

  • Access to exclusive restaurant availabilities and events;

  • Early or priority access to high-demand reservations;

  • Invitations to partner experiences and private dining opportunities;

  • Curated communications, offers, and concierge-style recommendations.

Specific benefits may vary by region, restaurant, or partner and are subject to change at any time without notice. Some benefits may require separate bookings, eligibility verification, or acceptance of additional terms.

DINR does not guarantee availability or continuity of any specific benefit.

7. Use and Conduct

Your Membership is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

  • Share, sell, or transfer your Membership or benefits;

  • Misrepresent your identity or eligibility;

  • Use the Membership to gain unauthorized or commercial advantage;

  • Engage in any activity that could harm DINR, our partners, or other members.

DINR may suspend or cancel Membership privileges for misuse, without refund.

8. Modifications to the Program & Terms

DINR may modify, suspend, or discontinue the DINR Premium program (or any part of it) at any time. If we make material changes that reduce the value of your current Membership, we’ll notify you and provide options in accordance with applicable laws.

DINR may also modify these terms and conditions at any time, at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • DINR’s total liability for any claim related to the Membership shall not exceed the amount paid for your current annual term; and

  • DINR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of enjoyment, opportunity, or data.

Restaurant availability, partner offers, and event participation are provided on an “as available” basis, and DINR makes no warranty regarding third-party services or experiences.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the DINR Privacy Policy. By subscribing, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information for purposes related to membership administration, payment processing, and communications.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
