Rounding out our Reds bundle is the 2022 Viñedos de Yaso Toro made from a 5-hectare plot of Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) vines in Spain’s Castilla y León region. It offers a deep ruby purple hue and an appealing bouquet of plum, cherry, violet and freshly turned earth. Mid-palate flavours of blackberry, black raspberry and cherry transition into gingerbread spice on the finish. With plenty of lip-smacking flavour, the Yaso Toro is a go-to bottle for burger night.
