The Fairmont Pac Rim is sleek, sophisticated, vibey - the Lobby Lounge is my favourite, especially on live music nights (just make a reservation). As a local to Vancouver, I find myself at this hotel for date nights, nights out, lunches, coffees, dinners. The rooms are great, and if you pay up, you can get a nice ocean or mountain view too.”
