The Drake’s culinary offerings blend modern innovation with nostalgic favourites, infusing classic dishes like Chicken + Waffles with seasonally relevant twists, while introducing new creations such as a flavuorful falafel bowl and a reuben sandwich inspired by Eastern Mediterranean and Montreal influences.
