With bestselling cookbooks, acclaimed television series, and decades of shaping how Canadians cook, bake, and gather, Anna embodies a warmth and generosity that aligns beautifully with Lucie’s philosophy.

For La Collab No. 16, Anna joins Michelin-recognized Lucie’s Chef Arnaud Bloquel and restaurateur Yannick Bigourdan to craft a one-night-only blind multi-course tasting menu that blends technique, storytelling, and playful collaboration.

Each course will be paired with wines curated exclusively for this event by Halpern Wines, one of Canada’s most respected wine agencies. To elevate the evening further, one of Halpern’s esteemed sommeliers will be on site, guiding guests through the pairings and offering insight into the selections.
