From Michelin-recommended Chef Arnaud Bloquel, enjoy elegant dishes crafted with premium ingredients.

From truffles to the Grey Goose “Goosebump” Experience, this is going to be a highly social dinner party full of conversation, induglence and surprise.

About the Evening:

  • Arrivals. 6pm arrivals, please be on time!

  • Welcome cocktails and Canapages. Enjoy welcome cocktails and canapes as you mingle with fellow ELLE Gourmet Insiders and DINR Members

  • The Grey Goose Goosebump Experience. Courtesy of Grey Goose, enjoy a Grey Goose Martini and a special “caviar bump” aptly named, the Goosebump Experience. Ps - if you haven’t done a bump before, it’s absolutely the best way to truly appreciate fine caviar.

  • The Menu. Savor a specially curated 4-course tasting menu from award-winning French Chef Arnaud Bloquel. Menu details will be released on arrival, and will feature truffles. Each dish is served with wine pairings. Following dinner, cap off the evening with mignardises and coffee to finish.

  • Wine Pairings. Appreciate the world of wine with thoughtfully selected wine pairings from Lucie’s sommelier team and one of Toronto’s premier wine importers Halpern Wine Enterprises.

  • In Conversation. Hear behind-the-scenes stories from Erin McLaughlin, the Editorial Director of ELLE Gourmet Magazine and iconic Toronto restaurateur Yannick Bigourdan, who’s porfolio of restaurants includes Carbon Bar, Lucie, The Berczy Tavern, Carbon Snack Bar, Amano Trattoria, Amano Kitchen, and even Splendido which once reigned Toronto and the beautiful men’s shoe store, Loding. Of course, Chef Arnaud Bloquel will join in the festivities, presenting each dish and sharing his own culinary journey.

Born in Guadeloupe, Chef Arnaud Bloquel's culinary journey blends rich cultural influences with the precision of Michelin-starred French kitchens. After gaining acclaim for his restaurant L'Orchidea in the Caribbean, Chef Bloquel brought his expertise to Toronto, where he now leads the kitchen at Restaurant Lucie.

His contemporary approach to French cuisine, paired with a focus on seasonal ingredients and creative techniques, has redefined Toronto's fine dining scene.
