This March, DINR and Chef Nadège Nourian present an exclusive Paul Bocuse tribute dinner in Toronto, celebrating the 100th anniversary of the iconic French chef.
For one night only, on Saturday March 28th, guests are invited to the newly opened Chez Nad for an intimate Lyonnais tasting menu inspired by the flavours, techniques, and culinary traditions of Lyon, the gastronomic capital of France.
This special exclusive seating also marks the official opening of Chez Nad, Chef Nadège’s new French dining concept in Toronto.
Chef Nadège Nourian, founder of Nadège Patisserie, joins forces with her culinary team to present an elegant eight-course tasting menu. The evening begins with a caviar amuse-bouche and celebratory toast, followed by classic French dishes such as Bisque de Homard and duck, each paired with carefully selected premium wines to complement the progression of the meal.
Dessert pays homage to French pâtisserie and luxury ingredients, featuring a warm Valrhona Grand Cru 70% chocolate cake with molten centre, served with organic vanilla bean ice cream and fleur de sel, followed by a selection of Nadège’s signature miniature pastries.
