Tuesday May 13th - Sangiovese: From Chianti to Brunello
Time: 6:30pm
Location: 1247 Dundas West, Grape Witches Private Salon
Sangiovese, the Tuscan gem capable of producing wines of all shapes and styles. From Chianti Classico to Brunello to Vino Nobile, Sangiovese based wines are as fine and elegant as Barolo or Burgundy. They can be as intense as Bordeaux or a California Cab, yet they hold a unique space in the wine world. Fire up the grill, pull out your finest olive oils and let’s prepare to taste a few divine Sangiovese.

But what do you really know about this seductive grape. Come taste and find out.
