Price & Gratuity: Gratuity is included at check-out
Date: Thursday September 18th
Time: 7pm welcome, 7:30pm seated dinner
Private Location: Rily Kitchen 26 Sousa Mendes St., Toronto
On September 18th, Parcelle Wine Studio is honoured to welcome home Toronto-born chef Kevin Jeung, now Head of Research & Production at the world-renowned Noma (3 Michelin Stars), for a one-night-only collaboration with Christopher Sealy—Michelin-winning Sommelier at Toronto’s acclaimed Alo (1 Michelin Star).
A decade ago, Kevin and Christopher first crossed paths in Alo’s formative years, bound by a shared curiosity for flavour and storytelling. Since then, Kevin’s journey has taken him across the Atlantic to Copenhagen, where he has risen to a leadership role at Noma, while Christopher has continued to shape Toronto’s wine culture with depth, vision, and finesse.
This long-awaited reunion brings their friendship and expertise full circle: a blind, 8-course culinary journey, paired with a thoughtful selection of wines by Christopher, balancing elevated craft with a warm, convivial spirit.
Moments like these are rare—when talent from Canada’s celebrated Alo and the world-renowned Noma converge in such an intimate setting. With just 18 seats available, this promises to be an evening of exceptional discovery and connection.
