A Dinner Party Featuring the World’s Most Iconic Caviar House

Our most extravagant dining event of the summer, join us for an indulgent long-table dinner party. Fresh from Paris, indulge in specialty caviar from Maison Kaviari, procured by Chef-only supplier Axyon. Enjoy decadent French wines from international importer Les Grappes and a perfectly paired menu, primarily curated within 100km of the GTA, from Chef Rachel Chartrand.
Indulge in Chilean Perigord truffles, oysters, Tahitian vanilla and more finely imported items from Axyon.

A splash of bubbly with caviar canapes and caviar bumps, served ‘a la royale’
7:15pm | The Wine Pairing Dinner
A five-course dinner curated by Chef Rachel Chartrand and Gregoire from Axyon, with exquisite French wine pairings from the Les Grappes portfolio, presented by Romain Bourgeois from Burgundy, France.
