DINR Premium x Aeroplan Terms and Conditions

To be eligible to earn Aeroplan points (“Aeroplan points”) with DINR you must:

• Be an Aeroplan member (“Aeroplan Member”) and have an Aeroplan account in good standing (“Aeroplan Account”), all in accordance with Aeroplan’s Terms and Conditions (the “Aeroplan Program”). If you are not an Aeroplan member, you can visit the Aeroplan web site (aircanada.com/aeroplan) and enroll today. Membership is free.

• Add your Aeroplan number to your DINR account by following the prompts in the DINR website (getdinr.com) or DINR mobile application

• The DINR Account must be registered in the same name as the Aeroplan Account.

• Only one Aeroplan number may be associated with a DINR Account at a time.

Only select transactions made on the DINR website (getdinr.com) or the DINR mobile application are eligible for earning Aeroplan points. Purchases made on the DINR website (getdinr.com), or in the DINR mobile application prior to (i) an individual’s enrolment in the Aeroplan Program or adding the Aeroplan number to their DINR account, or (ii) September 30, 2026, are not eligible to earn Aeroplan points.

Offers:

1 Earn one thousand (1,000) bonus Aeroplan points by purchasing a DINR Premium membership, through the DINR website (getdinr.com) or DINR mobile application. DINR Premium is an annual paid subscription. Offer applies only to member-paid DINR Premium Memberships. Complimentary, unpaid or trial Memberships are not eligible. The 1,000 Aeroplan point bonus is awarded once, upon the Member’s first eligible paid year of membership, and does not apply to subsequent renewals. 2 Earn one hundred (100) Aeroplan points by making and completing a reservation with an active DINR Premium membership, through the DINR.com website or DINR mobile application. Cancelled reservations and no-shows are not eligible for Aeroplan points.

3 Earn one (1) Aeroplan point for every $1.00 spent (excluding delivery fees, taxes, deposits) with an active DINR Premium membership through the DINR website (getdinr.com) or DINR mobile application, on eligible transactions. A cap on the number of Aeroplan points that may be earned may apply if listed on the DINR website (getdinr.com) or DINR mobile application.

Select products and services available at the DINR website (getdinr.com), or DINR mobile application, may, in DINR’s discretion, be excluded from eligibility to earn Aeroplan points.

The 1,000 bonus Aeroplan points available with purchase of a new DINR Premium Membership do not count towards Aeroplan status or earn Status Qualifying Credits (SQC).

Aeroplan points earned through eligible ongoing DINR activity, as an active DINR Premium Member in good standing, are eligible for SQC at a rate of 5 Aeroplan points = 1 SQC, up to the annual cap of 25,000 SQC available to be earned through Everyday & Travel partners, including DINR.

Please allow up to 30 days after earning your Aeroplan points for your Aeroplan account to be updated.

No Aeroplan points will be earned in the event of cancellation relating to a DINR transaction or an uncompleted reservation (“no-show”). If any Aeroplan points are awarded prior to cancellation or following a “no-show”, they will be automatically adjusted and/or removed. The final total of Aeroplan points earned for your transaction will be available in your Aeroplan Member account.

Aeroplan points displayed on your transaction record at the time of purchase are estimates only and do not necessarily reflect the final amount of Aeroplan points that will be issued to you. DINR and Aeroplan reserve the right, in their discretion, to add, remove, make adjustments to and/or correct any errors in the amount of Aeroplan points issued to Aeroplan Members, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, including, without limitation, as a result of: (a) Aeroplan points being erroneously earned or credited to your Aeroplan Member account; (b) issues with order fulfilment or product unavailability, for any reason; (c) issues with payment processing; and (d) Aeroplan points earned at an incorrect, higher earn rate.

In the event of any discrepancy relating to Aeroplan points earned at through the DINR.com website or DINR mobile application, please contact DINR Customer Care at community@getdinr.com. DINR must be notified within twelve (12) months of the date on which the transaction relating to the discrepancy occurred. Only those discrepancies that are accompanied by an original receipt will be considered for adjustment.

Participation in these offers constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, along with Aeroplan’s Terms and Conditions, Aeroplan Elite Status Terms and Conditions and the Aeroplan Privacy Policy. Offers may be added, removed or changed at any time, in DINR’s discretion. DINR and Aeroplan reserve the right to terminate your participation in these offers if you violate any of these Terms and Conditions.

Offers are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. If these offers are not running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, pandemic or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Aeroplan which corrupt or affect the administration, security or proper conduct of these offers, Aeroplan reserves the right at its sole discretion to, without advance notice, terminate or suspend these offers, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way. Aeroplan also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from these offers and to ban the individual from any future offers that it finds or believes to be tampering with the process or the operation of these offers.
