Join LaStella’s principals and winemaker, Dave Marchand, for an unforgettable, one-night-only winemaker’s dinner at Vancouver’s Michelin Guide-recommended Acquafarina.
In collaboration with Acquafarina’s sommelier team, guests will enjoy a carefully selected range of wines alongside a special 5-course dinner thoughtfully curated by Acquafarina's Chef de Cuisine, Paolo Cattaneo.
About the Evening
The evening will transpire on The Terrace, Acquafarina’s stunning all-season heated patio. To highlight LaStella’s musically named wines, a heartfelt performance by the esteemed opera virtuosa Mahtab Haghighi will accompany the dinner.
This event offers a rare opportunity to experience Italian-inspired winemaking and fine dining at its best. LaStella was created to embody la dolce vita—fine food, wonderful wine, beautiful music, and life’s pleasures.
