For one night only, Michelin-recognized alcohol-free destination Arbequina invites guests to an intimate six-course tasting experience in the heart of Roncesvalles. Created exclusively for this evening by Chef Moeen, this never-before-served menu departs from Arbequina’s signature family-style format, offering each guest a thoughtfully plated and deeply personal culinary journey designed to be savoured at an unhurried pace.
Celebrating the height of Ontario’s spring harvest, the menu will showcase seasonal ingredients including white and green asparagus, peas, ramps, fava beans, lamb, chives, tarragon, and spring onion through Chef Moeen’s refined and expressive lens.
Each guest will also receive a curated take-home gift, including a bottle of Palestinian olive oil and za’atar blend from the Chef, Saje Natural Wellness products, and a complimentary issue of ELLE Gourmet.
