#1. November 10th ft. Toon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Location & Time: 6:30pm, The Corner Store, 88 Nassau Street, Kensington Toronto

  • Price: $110 per person

  • About: Connection with Toon Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We talk, taste and discover the origin story of this new enterprise. Based in Toronto with a vision to bring the essence of the Levant to you in Toronto. We explore the intertwined history of olive oil and wine through the eyes of the founding partners, Christina and Omar. A ‘Connection’ to the History, the Origin Stories, the Flavours of the Levant. The Olive is at the heart of the Mediterranean and Wine lifts the spirit. Wherever we might be in the world we are connected when we sit and share at the table. Our many histories are more similar than not.

  • Experience: Toon Olive Oil tasting, 3 wines of the Mediterranean with small bites.

  • Take Home Gift: Toon Olive Oil soap

#2. November 16th ft. Dawn Woodward - POSTPONED

  • Location & Time: 4pm at Evelyn’s Whole Grain Bakery at 125 Jefferson Ave, Liberty Village, Toronto

  • Price: $120 per person

  • About: The flavour of flour, starting with the grain is as much connected to the concept Terroir as it is discussed in the world of wine. Considering where we source our grains (and grapes) and how we process them (like wine making) into the finished product is much the same as fine wine. Yet often never discussed. In this session we meet, sip, taste and discover how Dawn Woodward of Evelyns Whole Grain Bakery lives her vision through her craft as a baker (and former Pastry Chef) using only whole grains. We will weave in aligned philosophies of wine production and fermentation, whilst tasting and perhaps pairing wine with Evelyns baked goods.

  • Experience: 3 wines focused on low-intervention practices paired with select wholegrain baked goods from Dawn and Evelyn’s

  • Take Home Gift: Some baked goods

#3. November 30th ft. Blooming Chaos Boutique Perfumery

  • Location & Time: The Corner Store at 88 Nassau Street, Kensington Market

  • Price: $145 per person

  • About: Blooming Chaos is a world of natural ingredients shaped by intuition, energy, and emotion. This session, “Life & Style,” invites you to explore how your senses shape the choices that define you. Through an aromatic and wine-led journey, learn to tune your senses and elevate your daily rituals.
